“Passion and skill at the service of baroque instruments"

The Sans Souci Ensemble, a ensemble performing on period instruments (baroque / classical), was founded in Padua in 1986 by G. Nalin with the aim of exploring the repertoire of seventeenth-and eighteenth-century music. Baroque passion, Baroque enthusiasm, Baroque on early instruments.
All the members of the ensemble have numerous concerts as soloists and various chamber-orchestral groups to their credit, and have all undertaken specific studies of their instrument with important teachers and institutions of early music, both in Italy and abroad.
“Sans Souci” has played at important concert venues in Italy and also performed in Egypt, Spain, Ireland, Hungary, Austria, France, Sweden, Tunisia, Germany and Belgium.
Appeared in most important “Festival Musica Antiqua” of Bruges, in ZABAF (Zagreb Festival), in Barcelona (Spain), in “Fränskischer Sommer” Baroque Festival , Nürnberg, “Segni Barocchi” in Foligno, “Festival Barocco” in Viterbo, Ancient Music Festival in Viadana, Ancient Music Festival in Lago d'Orta, Istituto Italiano di Parigi, Festival Barocco di Viterbo, “Nei Suoni dei Luoghi” Friuli, Festival of Guitar in Gliwice (Poland), Grunewald Hall of Stockolm (Sweden).
Its 13 cd’s have been puttinges in wave give RAI (Italia), WDR Rundfuncks & Bayerische Rundfuncks (Germany), National Radio Egyptland, Radio Vaticana (Italy), and Cesky Radio.
